We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the Service contents or information obtained through the Service.
As a general rule, we bear no responsibility or obligation to compensate for any damages incurred by Users or Purchasers arising from use of the Service.
However, in cases where the contract based on these Terms falls under consumer contracts as defined by the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, the exemption clause shall not apply. If we are liable for damages due to breach of contract or tort, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User or Purchaser to us in the one year prior to the damage occurrence.
If the Purchaser fails to receive the product, refuses receipt, is absent for a long period making receipt impossible, if the delivery address is unknown, or if the product cannot be delivered due to Purchaser circumstances, delivery obligations will be considered fulfilled by contacting the Purchaser’s registered contact information and delivering the product to the designated delivery address.

Sales Price (Including Shipping Fees):

For deliveries within Japan: The sales price displayed includes all charges (product price, shipping fee, and consumption tax). Depending on the customer's chosen payment method, additional fees such as shipping or bank transfer fees may be charged separately. Please understand this in advance.
For overseas deliveries: In addition to the product price, shipping fees, various handling charges, and customs duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Special Terms Regarding Returns:

  • Production of made-to-order items commences after confirmation of order and receipt of payment. Upon completion, customers are contacted for confirmation and prompt shipment.
  • Due to handcrafted production, delivery may be delayed from the expected shipping date. Customers will be notified if delays are anticipated.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order products.
  • Changes to specifications after production has started are generally not accepted.
  • Cancellations at customer request after formal ordering are generally not accepted.
  • Delays caused by late decisions or confirmations from the customer are not the company's responsibility.
  • For prepayment by bank transfer, products will be shipped within four weeks after payment confirmation.
  • For other payment methods, products will similarly be shipped within four weeks after confirming payment.

Refund Policy

Returns cannot be accepted under the following conditions:

For bank transfers (prepayment), products will be shipped within four weeks after payment confirmation.
For payment methods other than bank transfer, products will also be shipped within four weeks after payment confirmation.
For made-to-order products, customers will be informed of the approximate delivery period, contacted upon completion, and shipments will be made promptly after confirming bank transfer payment.


International Shipping:

For deliveries outside Japan, separate estimates for shipping fees and handling charges will be provided and billed accordingly.
