Special Terms Regarding Returns
Please check within 7 days of receiving your order for any damages or defects in the , and to confirm that the order contents are correct.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns except in cases of obvious damage believed to have occurred before shipment. Please understand this in advance.

For damages that may have occurred during shipping, we may seek compensation from the delivery company. If you suspect damage during shipping, please kindly contact us through our inquiry form. At that time, because we need to share the condition of the damage with the delivery company, please keep the original packaging and outer box for the time being.

If there is any defect in the delivered product such as "damage or defects," or "a product different from the order," we will offer an exchange for the identical product or accept a return.
