Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Definitions]

• "These Terms" means these Terms of Service.

• "Store Terms" means the Terms of Service for the online store opened by the operator using the Service.

• "We/Us/Our" means the service provider.

• "Store Operator" means the person who operates the online store opened using this Service.

• "Service" means the mail-order service provided by us via the Internet.

• "Purchaser" means a person who, having fully understood and approved these Terms and the Privacy Policy, applies for a product purchase according to the procedures set by us.

• "User" means any person who, having fully understood and approved these Terms and the Privacy Policy, searches, browses, or uses the images, texts, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, or other information (hereinafter "Content") provided by us through the Service.
  
  

Article 2 [Application of Terms]

These Terms apply to Users when using the Service provided by us via the Internet. By starting to use the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 3 [Changes to Terms]

We may change these Terms within the scope of the Service purposes if deemed necessary. When Users or Purchasers continue to use the Service after changes, they are considered to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Chapter 2: Purchase of Products

Article 4 [Purchase of Products]

Users may purchase products from us using the Service.
If a User wishes to purchase a product, they shall apply for purchase according to the procedures specified separately by us.
A sales contract for the product is established between the User and us at the point when the User confirms the entered delivery and order information, clicks the order button, and receives an order confirmation email from us.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any fraudulent or inappropriate acts related to the use of the Service are found, we may cancel or rescind the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.
Users under the age of majority must obtain prior consent from their competent legal guardian before purchasing products using the Service.

Article 5 [Changes to Registration Information]

Purchasers must promptly notify us of any changes to their name, address, or other information provided at the time of purchase. However, transactions conducted before any change will be based on the information before the update.

Article 6 [Payment Methods]

The payment amount for products consists of the listed product price on the website, consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling charges.
Payment for products purchased through the Service shall be made only by the payment methods specified by us.
When paying by credit card, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions separately contracted with the credit card company. Any disputes arising between the Purchaser and the credit card company shall be resolved solely between them.
If a payment method designated by the Service requires a separate contract (including consent to terms of use) between the Purchaser and the payment company, the Purchaser shall comply with that contract. Any disputes between the Purchaser and the payment company are to be resolved between those parties without involving us.

Article 7 [Product Returns]

We will respond to product returns from Purchasers in accordance with the “Special Provisions Regarding Returns” stated in the Legal Information under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions posted on our website.

Chapter 3: Handling of Personal Information

We handle personal information in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

Chapter 4: User Responsibilities

Article 9 [Prohibited Acts]

When using the Service, Users and Purchasers are prohibited from the following acts:

• Acts causing or likely to cause nuisance, disadvantage, or damage to other Users, third parties, or us.

• Acts infringing or likely to infringe copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or us.

• Acts violating public order and morals or laws, or those likely to do so.

• Usage of Content obtained through the Service beyond private use.

• Reproduction, sale, publication, distribution, disclosure, or similar acts of Content obtained via the Service to or through other Users or third parties.

• Acts obstructing the operation of our Service or other services provided by us.

• Acts reasonably judged by us as inappropriate, including damaging our credibility.

• Other acts judged inappropriate by us.

Chapter 5: Disclaimer

Article 10 [Disclaimer]

We shall not be responsible for any damages caused to third parties resulting from Users’ or Purchasers’ violation of these Terms.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the Service contents or information obtained through the Service.
As a general rule, we bear no responsibility or obligation to compensate for any damages incurred by Users or Purchasers arising from use of the Service.
However, in cases where the contract based on these Terms falls under consumer contracts as defined by the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, the exemption clause shall not apply. If we are liable for damages due to breach of contract or tort, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User or Purchaser to us in the one year prior to the damage occurrence.
If the Purchaser fails to receive the product, refuses receipt, is absent for a long period making receipt impossible, if the delivery address is unknown, or if the product cannot be delivered due to Purchaser circumstances, delivery obligations will be considered fulfilled by contacting the Purchaser’s registered contact information and delivering the product to the designated delivery address.

Chapter 6: Miscellaneous

Article 11 [Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights]

Content provided through the Service exclusively belongs to us or third parties with legitimate rights.
If any disputes arise between Users or Purchasers and third parties due to violation of this article, the Users or Purchasers shall resolve such issues at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage or disadvantage to us.

Article 12 [Governing Law]

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 13 [Consultation and Jurisdiction]

Matters not stipulated herein or doubts regarding interpretation of these Terms shall be promptly resolved through sincere consultation between us and the Users or Purchasers based on the principle of good faith.
All disputes concerning these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.
