Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Definitions]

Any disputes between the Purchaser and the payment company are to be resolved between those parties without involving us.

Article 10 [Disclaimer]

We shall not be responsible for any damages caused to third parties resulting from Users’ or Purchasers’ violation of these Terms.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the Service contents or information obtained through the Service.
As a general rule, we bear no responsibility or obligation to compensate for any damages incurred by Users or Purchasers arising from use of the Service.
However, in cases where the contract based on these Terms falls under consumer contracts as defined by the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, the exemption clause shall not apply. If we are liable for damages due to breach of contract or tort, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User or Purchaser to us in the one year prior to the damage occurrence.
If the Purchaser fails to receive the product, refuses receipt, is absent for a long period making receipt impossible, if the delivery address is unknown, or if the product cannot be delivered due to Purchaser circumstances, delivery obligations will be considered fulfilled by contacting the Purchaser’s registered contact information and delivering the product to the designated delivery address.

Chapter 6: Miscellaneous

Article 11 [Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights]

Content provided through the Service exclusively belongs to us or third parties with legitimate rights.
If any disputes arise between Users or Purchasers and third parties due to violation of this article, the Users or Purchasers shall resolve such issues at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage or disadvantage to us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 13 [Consultation and Jurisdiction]

Matters not stipulated herein or doubts regarding interpretation of these Terms shall be promptly resolved through sincere consultation between us and the Users or Purchasers based on the principle of good faith.
All disputes concerning these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.

Sales Price (Including Shipping Fees):

For deliveries within Japan: The sales price displayed includes all charges (product price, shipping fee, and consumption tax). Depending on the customer's chosen payment method, additional fees such as shipping or bank transfer fees may be charged separately. Please understand this in advance.
For overseas deliveries: In addition to the product price, shipping fees, various handling charges, and customs duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount of shipping, handling fees, and customs duties varies depending on the destination country or region. Please be advised in advance.

Special Terms Regarding Returns:

• Please check within 7 days of receiving your order to confirm there are no damages or defects in the product and that the order details are correct.

• As a general rule, returns will not be accepted except in cases of obvious pre-shipment damage.

Timing of Product Delivery:

• Armor, costumes, props, and similar items are made-to-order. Customers will be informed of the approximate delivery period and contacted upon completion.
• Production of made-to-order items commences after confirmation of order and receipt of payment. Upon completion, customers are contacted for confirmation and prompt shipment.
• Due to handcrafted production, delivery may be delayed from the expected shipping date. Customers will be notified if delays are anticipated.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order products.
• Changes to specifications after production has started are generally not accepted.
• Cancellations at customer request after formal ordering are generally not accepted.
• Delays caused by late decisions or confirmations from the customer are not the company's responsibility.
• For prepayment by bank transfer, products will be shipped within four weeks after payment confirmation.
• For other payment methods, products will similarly be shipped within four weeks after confirming payment.

Returns cannot be accepted under the following conditions:

• Returns of made-to-order products
• Products returned 8 days or more after delivery
• Products returned without completing the return procedures
• Products that have been used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned by the customer
• Products with odors, stains, or damages caused while in the customer’s possession
• Products whose defects cannot be confirmed upon inspection by our company
• Returns requested for customer convenience reasons such as "different from image," "no longer plan to use," or "financial reasons"

Timing of Delivery of Services or Goods

Domestic Shipping within Japan:

Orders for armor, costumes, props, and similar items are generally made-to-order. Customers will be informed of the approximate delivery period and contacted upon completion.
For bank transfers (prepayment), products will be shipped within four weeks after payment confirmation.
For payment methods other than bank transfer, products will also be shipped within four weeks after payment confirmation.
For made-to-order products, customers will be informed of the approximate delivery period, contacted upon completion, and shipments will be made promptly after confirming bank transfer payment.

International Shipping:

For deliveries outside Japan, separate estimates for shipping fees and handling charges will be provided and billed accordingly.
